The ED Cell was started with the objective for promoting and nurturing the spirit of specialized knowledge in the field of Entrepreneurship among the students by providing a platform for the challenging minds to think differently. In view of the worldwide shortage of jobs and lack of proper utilization of human resources, the ED Cell strives to identify talented youth and motivate them to entrepreneurial and innovation works.
To Promote Creation of Entrepreneurial and Innovative Ecosystems in College, the ED Cell has registered in Entrepreneurship Development Institute (EDI),Government of Tamilnadu, along with Centre for Entrepreneurship Development (CED) – Anna University,Chennai on 2nd Jan. 2019
To Create Awareness among the Students of Science Courses about Various Facets of Entrepreneurship as an Alternative Career Choice, the ED Cell hasRegistered itself in Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII), Government of India, Gujarat, For- DST-NIMAT Project (Department of Science and Technology- National Implementing and Monitoring Agency for Training)Under – NSTEDB (National Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Development Board) on 9th Jan. 2019.
Entrepreneurship Skill Development Program
The main objective of this program is to impart entrepreneurship culture among the students to enhance their skills on a specific field.
CED-Anna University organized “ Enantra 3.0- 2019” – The Entrepreneurship Mantra – A popular South India’s largest entrepreneurship festival on 12th January 2019. The students of our college took active participation as our college representatives in Anna University.It gave the students a taste of startup culture.
ED Awareness Meeting was held in the college on 18th September 2019 between 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm with Chief Guest: Prof. A. Vijayakumar (Social & Educational Entrepreneur

ED Counselling meet was held in Annanagar for our students and training of various modules were given to the students on all week-ends (from September 2019 to January 2020)
